I made withdrawals on 17 and 18 August 2021 but my account is still not credited. They know very well that the money is not credited but they are pretending. That is their usual strategy, the used this to frustrate their customers till you give up and they take your money. PLEASE STAY AWAY. THEY ARE WELL TRAINED SCAMMERS.

Comment: Fizeram que eu perdesse mais de $ 4.000 dólares, por problemas na ferramenta padrão da web e o que havia restado, mesmo eu depositando uma quantia para segurar e deixando posições abertas em lados opostos, ainda assim deram um jeito de dar stop na conta, antes de creditar um valor que depositei a mais.
Também fiz um depósito de R$ 1.500,00 e a especificação do site e da operação, dizem que no máximo em 24 horas os fundos estariam
na minha conta, porém já se passaram uma semana e mesmo mandando comprovante e agora a pedido deles refazendo o processo
de depósito, mas sem efetuar o pagamento novamente, ainda não entrou os valores.
Então eles deixaram que eu perdesse o que restou da conta que eles haviam já me prejudicado, por não incluírem os fundos que depositei.
Também notei oscilações estranhas nos preços, que acontecem em maior discrepância com o mercado, quando a conta está próxima de uma stop e
quando você abre uma nova ordem, onde se for um ativo com 0 de spread, você pode notar o preço recuando em qualquer ordem aberta
inclusive na conta de demonstração.

Every time, they ask me for documents to verify my identity. My account is fully verified, so I don’t understand why they have to ask me for verification. It’s a shame, I really like their execution speed, and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced requotes or slippage. But it’s very important that I get my money whenever I want to, without having the need to supply documents.

Comment: I don’t understand the negative reviews about Exness on other broker review sites. Since 2017, I’ve never experienced any major issues trading with this broker. The negative reviews are probably from other brokers themselves trying to put down a credible broker. To me personally, Exness is by fat the best broker I’ve used.

My funds are safe with their segregated accounts feature. Also, my orders are filled without any delay. Spreads can be a little expensive but only during news releases or when the market is highly volatile.

Lastly, I can count on their customer service staff. They’re professional, and know what they have to do.

It’s frustrating and annoying. I went to raise the concern, but their live chat was trash. They had no idea what to do. My account manager’s also useless.

Comment: I made a deposit to my Exness trading account via bank transfer. I was told that it would take 24 hours. After a day passed, funds were still not in my account, so I contacted Exness. Was told I should provide proof of payment so I did. I sent the debit alert I received from my bank. But then Exness told me I should go to my bank to get the deposit receipt or my money wouldn’t be credited. And yes, my money didn’t reflect in my account until now!

Comment: Libertex has been playing with me for a week now with documents that prove my identity. I’ve given them my driver’s license, national ID, and passport, but I’m still denied. Their support team has asked me numerous times for clear copies of the documents, and I believe I’ve sent the clearest copies I could provide them. I don’t know how to verify my account anymore, it’s frustrating. I’d probably look for another broker.

Comment: Exness is a joke broker. Had traded with them currencies and cryptos for almost a year. I had 2 accounts with this broker, and during my last two months with them, I noticed some irregularities in their bitcoin spreads. For example, they quote me larger spreads on one account, like way higher than the other account. This seemed really off, so I decided to pull out all the money left in my two accounts. Beware of this tactic my Exness.

Comment: Exness was helpful during the onboarding process. Their account managers, although sometimes pushy, were really committed to helping me. So the account manager assigned to be, an Indonesian, enticed me into opening an account with them. My initial deposit was $1000. I made $560 in just 4 days of trading, and decided to withdraw it. But when I told my account manager not to, as higher capital would mean bigger profits. This was when I started feeling uncomfortable. Account managers should never do this. When your clients want to withdraw, let them. I proceeded with the withdrawal, and the guy changed his behaviour towards me.

Comment: I started to trade with Exness because of a friend. I have made some profits and withdrawn them without any issue except last month. I made a request for withdrawal and Exness sent me a confirmation email approving the request. But 8 days and the money hadn’t reached my bank account. I contacted my account manager and he helped me all the way. The problem was in my bank imposing tighter rules on funds coming from Forex trading activities. It was resolved though.

Kudos to my account manager for being patient and helpful! I really thought they scammed me!

Comment: A friend introduced to me and Im under his affiliate network. At first I enjoyed really trading because of its lightning fast execution of traders. However, during news events, they tend to lower my leverage 1:200. And worse, during economic events the MT4 trading terminal suddenly stops, and seem to be always running for my stop loss. Lately it's been an underwhelming experience with Exness, so I'll likely switch to another one.

Comment: Exness is good broker. I am a longtime client with this broker years now and never leaving them because they are good. Only problem is that MT5 is for demo account only, but MT4 is still okay. Platform has never hanged no matter what, and I don’t even have good computer and plus I have many many indicators. It tells me they are not trying to do anything fishy behind the scenes. With money, they always give be a bonus every time I deposit money. Withdrawing is also very speedy and no problems at all. Spreads good also and lower than many brokers I see here being praised. Recommendable broker.

Comment: For a year, exness have not been bad for me and I don’t need another replacement broker because they are good enough. My account is still active and the money is still safe. I used another broker last year and they refused to withdraw my money saying that my account had irregularities. After many complain, they said they were reviewing my case and after one month I gave up Exness have never stolen from me and I make withdrawals every month. When I trade they have good features because of many trading instruments and very tight spreads, no problem with hanging or misquotes. I really love the broker, but I think they can improve on the MT5 platform, that’s why I give 4 stars.

Comment: Oh yeah, I love Exness broker and happy because they are not a bad broker like the others I have tried. I started a demo account to see if they had everything I wanted, and there was even more. I like to trade stuff like gold and oil, all of them were tradable and there were also a lot of stocks. I don’t trade stocks but I was happy to see it there and other indexes. When I made the deposit, it was quick and no charge, free deposit and I got a bonus on top. Thumbs up btw! Trading was smooth all the way, never had any hanging even when traffic was high and volatility. Now it is a week, but I am happy, I will check back after a month to tell you how I am doing

Comment: Awesome, awesome, awesome. I have tried at least 10 brokers before finding exness and I just have to praise them for their services. First, withdrawals and deposits are almost instant and many other brokers just keep you waiting. By the way, I'm using Skrill, I don't know how they are with bank withdrawals. Second, great services and plenty of currency pairs you can trade. I also love that you can trade many stocks and indexes even when your capital isn't large. Finally, their customer support is very helpful, unlike others where it's like speaking to someone in a different location from the broker's. I would definitely recommend exness to anyone regardless of capital.

Comment: This broker is good all round, I don't understand what others have to complain about. For 2 years I have traded with Exness and during that time there has never been a serious problem, except the occasional issue which I think every broker experiences. My only problem is that CFDs are only available for standard accounts which have a higher capital requirement, but it's still understandable why this would be.

Comment: Valery is right, Exness are a scam broker and no one should use them. I went on to complain through the live chat and they said they would look into the discrepancies but no response yet in over a week. Truly awful broker!

Comment: A very cunning broker this one is, they will let you win a few times and then start taking back theirs and your money. Slippage is also high when there is news coming out, and requotes happen very often. I don't really like their trading conditions and as a broker, I would advise people to stay away

Comment: Anyone who has dealt with this broker before probably still isn't and they quickly withdrew their money. And by the way, they will let you withdraw your money, because they will already have milked your account before you do. I can't prove it, but this should be a warning to anyone considering joining exness, just be careful when you send them your money

Disadvantages: MT5 is only available on demo, which is what got me attracted to them in the first place

Comment: I had a bad experience with my previous broker, so I thought I'd give Exness a try. As is turns out, MT5 can only be used for demo trading, I was really hoping to use its many features. Besides that, I had a pleasant time, made a $100 deposit to start with and withdrew just to make sure there were no problems, which was very fast. Now, I might just move all my money here - great broker!
