Despite being a new entrant to the market, Tradin checks many boxes when it comes to offering features that traders prefer. The company offers very high leverage, low spreads, access to multiple markets, flexible account conditions, MT5 trading platform, copy trading, and straightforward offerings.

Supported Countries

Like every broker we have reviewed, Tradin does not accept clients from everywhere. The broker does not accept applications from residents of the United States, Canada, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, the Crimea region, Myanmar, the United Arab Emirates, or the Islamic Republic of Iran. It also restricts applicants connected to territories subject to comprehensive sanctions.

Tradin displays customer ratings directly on its website rather than relying on a separate review summary. At the time of writing, the homepage shows a 4.8 rating on Google and 4.5 on Trustpilot.

The offered trading platform is one of the main features traders seek when finding a new broker. Tradin offers powerful MetaTrader 5 that comes with advanced features like advanced charting tools, automated trading with expert advisors (EAs), and more.

Good support is not particularly a priority until you actually need it. Tradin separates its support into two areas. Market Hours Support is available 24/5, covering traders during the forex trading week, while Account & Technical Support is available 24/7 for issues related to accounts, platforms, and technical problems. 

Traders can reach the team through live chat and email, with the broker stating an average response time of around two hours. Call support is not available at the time of writing this review.

Payment Methods

Tradin keeps the payment side fairly simple. Cards and cryptocurrency can be used for deposits, while withdrawals can be made through cards, cryptocurrency, and bank transfers. However, the broker does not clearly mention the names of the specific payment companies or providers supported for these methods. The exact options shown can also depend on the trader’s registered region and verification status. 

The broker’s own website says card deposits, cryptocurrency, and bank wires carry no Tradin fee, although outside bank or network charges can still apply. It lists instant processing for cards, up to 30 minutes for cryptocurrency, and 1 to 3 business days for bank wires.

There is also a security rule worth knowing. Payments must come from and go to an account or wallet held in the trader’s own legal name. Tradin does not accept third-party payments.

Tradable Assets

Tradin gives access to a fairly broad range of tradable assets. The broker currently lists 70+ forex pairs, 20+ indices, 15+ commodities, 100+ shares and ETFs, 30+ cryptocurrencies, and gold and silver. The company also offers futures but the number is not clearly mentioned on the website.

The range covers several of the markets commonly used by retail traders. Forex starts from 0.0 pips, indices from 0.4 points, commodities from 0.9 pips, and metals from 0.9 pips on the pricing displayed by Tradin. Shares and ETFs are listed with $0 commission.

The broker also notes that spreads fluctuate with market conditions, so traders should check the live prices in their trading account rather than treating the advertised starting spreads as fixed rates.

Tradin provides educational content through its blog, where it publishes guides covering different parts of trading. The broker covers more than just the basic broker setup. Alongside MT5 and a selection of traditional CFD markets, it offers copy trading, three account types, high leverage, a swap-free option, 24/7 support, and a low $10 starting deposit on two of its accounts.

It is also important to note that the company works under offshore regulators. Tradin’s listed regulatory licences are in Mauritius and Saint Lucia. Also, the Raw account requires $500 in minimum deposits. Payment options are also a bit unclear and vary depending on the trader’s region.
