Pros: First of all it is a huge pool of trading instruments. Assets from forex , stock, commodities, crypto and more are available here. Another plus is so callled turbo stocks that come with high leverage. I know leverage can be dangerous, but if used carefully, then it is for sure a big advantage.

Cons: No big minuses here to be honest

I have been trading here for around 6 years already. During this period I have not seen any problems. Platfrom responds quickly, its user-interface is well-thought. Spreads are tight here, so I don't have huge costs when trading forex pairs.
