As of May 2023, Capital Interest had an overall rating of 3.0/5 on Trustpilot based on 52 reviews. These reviews were primarily positive, with 61% of its customers rating it a 5-star. This rating suggests that many traders are satisfied with the broker's services.

The positive reviews praised the broker for its competitive trading conditions and customer service. There seems to be a divide in the clients' perspective of its customer service. On the one hand, some traders expressed dissatisfaction over long wait times, difficulty getting in touch with customer support over withdrawal processing, and having their accounts locked or suspended due to verification issues. In contrast, some spoke highly of the customer care representatives.

Generally, the negative reviews often focused on delays in processing withdrawals and difficulties verifying accounts. This CapitalIndex review suggests that traders with this difficulty contact the appropriate customer support hotline to resolve these issues.

Type of Capital Index Trading Accounts

Unlike its single trading platform, Capital Index offers its clients a variety of trading accounts; Advanced, Pro, and Black. Each account has its unique features, and traders can choose the one that best suits their trading needs. More details are discussed below.

  • Advanced Account: This account is the most basic of all the trading accounts on the Capital Index. It is suitable for beginner traders who are just starting and want to get a feel for the markets before committing to higher deposits. The Advanced account requires a minimum deposit of $100 and offers a leverage of up to 1:200. The account is commission-free, and its spreads starts from as low as 1.4 pips.

  • Pro Account: This account is designed for more experienced traders looking for more advanced trading tools and resources. A minimum deposit of $10,000 is required to open the account. Like the Advanced account, the Pro account also offers a leverage of up to 1:200, but its spreads start from 1 pips.

  • Black Account: This is the most advanced account type on Capital Index. It is designed for professional traders with a lot of experience looking for the best possible trading conditions. However, this account is on a separate website, and traders can only access it by invitation. The minimum deposit required on the Black account is €50,000. Recent customer reviews of Capital Index

Advantages: The possibility of trading on margin, short sales and leverage.

Disadvantages: On the other hand, there are some minor drawbacks.

Comment: The CAPITAL INDEX broker is a good option for those who want to invest in trading without having to invest their own capital. I liked the services of the CAPITAL INDEX broker because he helped me trade without any hassle. I could easily access the platform and trade with a spread that was much lower than what I would have paid otherwise. I also liked how the broker made sure that my trades were executed much faster.
