General details

Introduction

TradGrip is a brand name of Zenith Markets PLC that operates out of Comoros. The company offers all the standard trading offerings like access to 250 plus financial instruments, multiple markets including forex, stocks, indices, commodities, metals, and ETFs, 24/5 customer support, a proprietary mobile app, and auto trading features.

The company offers multiple trading accounts, high leverage, low spreads, a 5% stop out level, and a minimum lot size of 0.01. Some of the standout features are no hidden fees and the company’s own mobile trading app.

TradGrip is registered and licensed in the Union of Comoros under the name of Zenith Markets. The company is registered under IBC number HT00324011 and is licensed by MISA with license number BFX2024031.

Supported Countries

TradGrip is available to traders in most parts of the world, but like every broker, the company does have a list of restricted geos. The company restricts accounts from certain countries. These countries are the United States, Canada, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, and Myanmar at the time of writing this review. If you are a citizen or resident of one of these jurisdictions, you will not be able to register or trade with TradGrip.

The restriction status of certain countries can change over time. The easiest way to check the availability of a broker is to head to their website and follow the instructions to sign up. If the broker accepts clients from your country, you will not have any trouble signing up. Otherwise, you will not be able to go past the first page that asks for a phone number or country of residence. A pop up usually appears stating that your country is not supported.

Average Customer Rating

On paper, most brokerages look the same as they usually have offerings that are not too different. Therefore, it is always recommended to see what their existing traders have to say about the company. We have a dedicated comments section for traders to share their thoughts, and we also quote the ratings from Trustpilot. TradGrip gets a solid rating of 4.1 stars based on 114 customer reviews at the time of writing this review.

Customer Support

Customer support is a major deal maker or deal breaker when it comes to choosing a broker. TradGrip covers all the essentials of good customer support. The company offers 24/5 customer support instead of limited hours.

In addition to 24/5 availability, the company offers support over live chat, email, and phone. You can reach live chat via the company’s website. The option is available at the bottom right corner. Otherwise, you can drop customer service an email at [email protected]. Otherwise, you can call the company at +441863440820.

Both the live chat and the website are available in 4 languages: English, Japanese, Portuguese, and Hindi. This adds a lot of convenience for traders from Japan, India, and Brazil.

At the time of writing this article, the company lacks an education hub. But the 24/5 availability of support more than compensates for it.

Tradable Assets

TradGrip offers a wide variety of tradable instruments to explore and trade with. You get access to 250 plus CFD assets. These assets are spread across forex major, minor, and exotic pairs, popular stocks like Amazon, Apple, Tesla, Google, and Facebook, major stock indices S&P 500, Dow Jones 30, DAX 30, FTSE 100, Nikkei 225, and CAC 40, commodities including crude oil, natural gas, gold, silver, wheat, corn and coffee, and cryptos including BTC, ETH, and LTC.

Trading Platforms

Your trading platform plays an important role in your trading journey. WebTrader is convenient to use as it is a browser based platform. However, the downside is that this platform offers simple signals. TradingView, MetaTrader, cTrader, and other advanced trading platforms on the other hand show advanced signals for more insightful trading.

Adding to the convenience of trading aspect, the company also has mobile apps available on iOS and Android. With these apps, you can stay on top of the market movements and make the best trading decisions.

Leverage and Spreads

Leverage is a multiplier offered by your broker that allows you to control bigger positions against your investments. With this feature your profits can multiply but so can your losses. In other words, leverage is a double edged-sword. TradGrip offers 1:200 leverage. To help you avoid losing more than your available funds, the company offers an additional feature of a stop-out level at 5 percent.

TradGrip offers variable spreads, which means they are governed by the market instead of the broker. Such spreads are mostly lower compared to their fixed counterparts.

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

The flexibility to use your desired deposit and withdrawal methods is another feature traders look for when opting for a new broker. TradGrip provides straightforward methods of Visa, Mastercard, and wire transfer. Compensating for the lack of the facility to use a digital wallet to make these payments, the company does not charge deposit and withdrawal fees. But it is important to note that a trader’s bank may charge fees on transactions depending on the local regulations of the country.

Company Details

TradGrip is licensed and registered under the name of Zenith Markets PLC. The company is headquartered in Comoros and its registered office address is Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros KM. Despite being a young trading company, the broker is attracting many clients thanks to some of its standout features like region specific support languages, a mobile app, and a wide variety of tradable assets.

Regulation and Compliance

TradGrip is a MISA regulated broker under license number BFX2024031. It is important to note that MISA is an offshore regulator, so it does not offer the features and the limitations you get with tier-1 regulated brokers. The trading conditions are quite flexible and you get high leverage of 1:200.The broker adheres to KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti Money Laundering) compliance.

Conclusion

TradGrip offers a very balanced set of offerings catering to many types of traders. Where there are many features that truly make it a special broker, there are also a few features missing. But that is the case with almost every other broker on the market. It is important to look at both the pros and cons of trading with a company, and then commit to a broker. All things considered, TradGrip is a solid broker that shines in many departments.
