Compared to other online brokers, the range of markets Aetos offers is considered a bit limited. Currently, Aetos offers forex, indices, metals, energy, and share CFDs. Many clients turn to Aetos for forex trading, so let’s take a moment to explore the offering.

Forex spreads begin at 1.2 pips, and they do offer zero commission accounts. We’d also recommend Aetos for anyone looking to get started with a low investment since the minimum deposit is only $50. If there’s a reason to contact Aetos customer support, the most efficient way of doing this is through the live chat option. The next best route is to contact them through email/support ticket. Aetos does provide phone numbers for their various offices, but these don’t seem to serve as a general customer support line for investment customers. 

As far as a response is concerned, Aetos scores well for its timeliness and the helpfulness of its customer support team.

Aetos provides a wide spectrum of educational resources for its clients. These are mostly in video format. There are two categories of resources. The other category is Animated Financial Courses and is more extensive. There are over 30 short videos in this category.
