I don’t like the low leverage on crypto here. I usually use 1:1000 leverage but can’t risk 5% of my portfolio on a single trade with this platform.

I like FXPrimus’ wide range of tradable instruments. Leverage is high, perfect for newbies with low starting trading capital. Deposit options are convenient, I personally use my VISA card. Also, support is very helpful. I can tell that I’m talking to real human beings, not just bots! Okay spreads can be a little pricey though. But all in all, I love FXPrimus!

Can’t withdraw profits! FxPrimus’ customer support is trash. Their live chat doesn’t work at all. I’ve also given them a few calls but no one answered. The account manager who was too enthusiastic to accommodate me during the onboarding process is now pretty much useless. I guess it’s the norm! They’re only nice when you’re depositing money!

I’ve been trading with FXPrimus for quite sometimes, but I just had the worst experience ever. I was trading the GBP/USD pair when they increased the pair for staggering 100 pips. This led to my trade closing automatically. Take note that the market conditions were normal, no news whatsoever. I sent their live chat a message but they just gave me an email address I should contact. The email address hasn’t replied. It’s horrible!
