Comment: For a well-regulated and big broker, Plus500 has a very slow customer care service. I asked them to switch my account to a swap free account. It took them 2 days to reply! They advertise that they have 24/5 customer support, but no, they take a while to respond. This is the only thing I dislike about this broker.

I was initially asked to deposit 250 euros deposit which I did, then I was later told to join their VIP membership. Comment: Been trading with plus500 for 1 year. In the past also used easy-forex, etx, etoro and fxcm. Had no problems with plus500. They seem honest. Have made plenty of withdrawals with no problems. The webtrader is the smoothest and fastest ive seen. Very easy to see charts and to set TPs.

Comment: Thank God I saw Plus500 because in my many years in Forex trading I have been caught in many Forex scams. For me, I decided to use Forex for investment, and I usually invest a lot of money. Many brokers before this one were just thieves because after a few days you find overnight swaps have accumulated like hell and you don't even have any profit left. This broker also have overnight and weekend swaps, but they are very transparent about them with all tools. I will admit spreads are not the tightest in the industry, but that is not my concern. As I said, I am a long term investor, and anyone else who does not scalp markets will agree. There are a lot of things you can trade with Plus500, stocks from UK and US and now even bonds. These are all good options for an investor. I feel like this broker is targeting high value clients with many of their services, which is fine by me. They have had my money for more than a year and I have not even made one complaint ever. I am very very happy Plus500, good work!
