Comment: Been trading at FXTM for about 2 months now. No complaints so far, their trading platform is very easy to navigate, yet packed with very powerful tools. The charting on their website is one of the best, and data is perfectly synced in the MT4 platform.

Also, customer service is of high quality. Staff members are very professional - they really know what they’re doing. They’ve always been helpful, from the onboarding process to withdrawing funds from my trading account. Couldn’t ask for a better service from a broker.

Comment: Reliable Forex broker. I’m very satisfied with FXTM’s trading service, especially with their FXTM Invest. This is their copy trading platform that allows inexperienced traders to profit in the Forex market. All you have to do is to look for reliable professional traders who will do the trading for you. I’ve been doing this since last year, and have been really profitable. Of course it’s still better to trade on your own, but while you’re still learning the ins and outs of trading, you may opt for copy trading for now.

Comment: Really nice Forex broker! I’ve been trading with FXTM for 4 months. I don’t think I’ve ever faced any issue in execution, my orders are executed in no time all the time. Plus, they’ve got really cool contests and promos! I’m planning to be a part of their IB program cos I have a few friends who are interested in them as well.

Comment: I hate the withdrawal process with FXTM. They ask for many requirements. Which payment option you choose, be it digital wallets like Skrill, FasaPay, or credit or debit cards or wire transfer, they ask for documents when my account is already fully verified. I don't know why I have to go through a lot of steps before I can have my own money.

Comment: I started with $200 with FXTM. From this amount, I made 100% profit. I requested a withdrawal but they didn’t process my request until I threatened them that I would raise my concern to their regulator. They had no plan of giving me my money, but only made an action when they were threatened, wow. A clear scam.

Disadvantages: Customer service needs improvement

Comment: Really like FXTM. I really like their trading conditions. For as low as $200, you can start trading. Execution of trades isn’t a problem with this broker. Deposit and withdrawal are lightning fast. Customer service is above average, and can still be improved. I wish their agents could be more knowledgeable about their services.

Comment: FXTM is an average forex broker. I’m an IB with them with 26 clients under my network. Although I’ve been getting an earful from them because of issues with FXTM’s ridiculously high spreads during this COVID-19 pandemic. It’s been a pain in the head. I might have to switch to another broker if this ensues.

Comment: I’m not a fan of posting reviews on forums and review sites, but I can’t take it anymore. It’s been 18 days since I requested a withdrawal from FXTM. This mean 18 days of torture talking to their useless customer support team. They take forever to respond, and just say the same thing, that my request is being processed! They’re like robots. I’m still hopeful that I can get my money, but I’m never depositing money again with FXTM.

Comment: To understand brokers like how they do things, you have to test them yourself. You can’t purely base your judgement on reviews of other traders. What I do personally is I open a demo with my prospect broker, then start trading with a live account with a small amount, and assess everything from the speed of their trading platform, execution, to tools for analysis and payment methods especially withdrawal. Having said this, FXTM has this test passed. I haven’t experienced any troubles.

Comment: I was a client of FXTM for 2 years. My experience with this company was like a rollercoaster ride. As a well-regulated Forex broker which has been in the business for quite some time, FXTM is a dynamic company that provides high-quality trading solutions, as well as bonus schemes to support small time traders. I commend them for these. However, my last two months with them were absurd. I had issues with spreads and slippage, which I raised to them multiple times. Their support was just meh about it, like they didn’t care at all. They’re only fast to respond, and nice when I was depositing money. Also, they claim to be an ECN broker, but from my experience, with all the slippage and unfair pricing, they’re actually not. Giving them 2 stars!

Comment: For 3 news I’ve been trading with FXTM after a friend referred me to this broker. I have Cent and Standard accounts and I have yet to experience any issue taking money out from these accounts. What was a little annoying was when they had asked me to resend a copy of my bank statement multiple times. I brought the issue and was glad they were able to validate it after a few emails.

I receive my withdrawal without any issue, although it would be great if they could process withdrawal requests faster :)

Disadvantages: Deceiving bonus programs

Comment: FXTM likes giving out bonuses but their 30% bonus is not true at all. When you deposit money, they'd take the bonus away from you if you do not trade enough. This kind of rule is just stupid. It's not a bonus but a loan and nothing else. It's disappointing. Would I recommend them? Not sure, cos I'm only commenting on their bonus programs.

One thing I've learned to never avail bonuses again from brokers lol. I'll just trade using my own money.

my neighbor told me about this broker. Interesting enough, knowing i can invest and earn profit for a minumum trading amount with this company, so i did! their brokers is teaching me techniques and assistin me whenever i am trading.

i still get confuse with their platform though. i have upgraded my account already and earning more profit now that i used to do.

Comment: I can only say positive words about this broker. It is a broker who always shows updated strategies, and any questions can be discussed with employers by phone. If the flow is about investing in the PAMM-account, then FHTM think an excellent choice.

Comment: This broker has done good work in Africa. I first heard about FXTM when they had a seminar here in South Africa, and I did not even know about forex. A friend had told me about it, and I learned a lot about the market at the seminar. Agents of the broker helped me set up an account and they even trained me on how to trade. Since then, I have been getting newsletters from FXTM that help me a lot. I am not a very good trader and the newsletters are very helpful. About the trading, it is also excellent because the trading platform is good, I use MT4 which I can add indicators to and they really help. I have never had any problem trading with FXTM ever since I started and I would recommend them to anyone within Africa, even those outside here.

Disadvantages: Not enough ways to withdraw funds from the account

Comment: I am a beginner in trading, so I was looking for a reliable broker. I was delighted by the presence of a demo account with which I learned a lot about the stock exchange and worked on my strategy of earnings. In my view, it is one of the best brokers for the beginners!

Comment: I agree with Nandy, FXTM is a good broker and I have worked with them a long time of 2 years. I lost money back then and was like other people blaming the broker but now I am a good trader and make money. Before pointing fingers, look at yourself and accept you are to blame. Don't blame the brokers and keep learning from your mistakes. I use this website to learn strategies and I have become a better trader. It takes hard work and understanding. I don't even use robots but I make longterm trades and make a lot of profit. When it comes to making withdrawal, no problem there and I am very happy. I wish they had some other instruments like futures in agriculture, I love trading those but I just use FxPro for that. They are good too. Actually many brokers are good in their own way and only few are real crooks, the main problem is you.

Comment: After a few months with FXTM, they have been a good broker all through and I don't need another broker. I was skeptical at first because they are an STP broker, but I trusted them because of good regulations in Cyprus. I also know that they have a lot of clients all over the world, so they don't have to manipulate the markets. Up to now, I have not seen any signs of unfair practices and manipulation. Other areas are good also and I like their customer service which is very helpful although I have had to wait in queue for some time. Money transfer by bank wire is also fast and I have used it a few times, haven't tried other methods. Huge range of trading instruments are also available and I like that. I just love this broker.

Comment: I was at one of the FXTM events a few weeks ago in Johannesburg, and I joined FXTM right after. It was at the event that I learned a lot more about the markets and found a broker who seemed honest and interested in the African market. I know a few weeks of trading may not be enough time to know a broker completely but they have been good to me so far. Execution speed is very fast and I have never got any requotes. To confirm their prices, I compared with numbers online through google and it matched every time so they are not manipulating numbers either. However, I had demo accounts with some other brokers before and I have to say the number of tradable instruments is not enough. I am especially disappointed they don't have bitcoin and other virtual currencies which I could have been trading even over the weekends. My problem with Forextime is that they don't have enough offerings, but what they do have is done perfectly, and they should get credit for that

Comment: FXTM is not a bad broker despite what people say about them. I joined FXTM last year and have been with them for almost a year and in that time there have been no problems in finance. After numerous withdrawals and deposits, I have always got my money instantly, but I don't like that they charge for transactions. I used Exness before and they don't charge for withdrawals or deposits. There are also no problems with market prices and they don't manipulate markets, so no problems there too. My problem is that their servers are quite slow and I have always had problems with execution speed and slippage. Requotes are also very common, and some people may not like that. But in terms of money, you can trust them

Comment: This broker will quickly allow you to withdraw your money which is good because if you keep trading with it you will be left with nothing. Definitely not an ECN broker, they will make sure they get your stop loss before prices turn around the way you had analyzed. No way i give them my money again
