Comment: I will advice any trader to be careful when choosing a broker to invest with by always making sure they are regulated. I invested with a broker that made withdrawal impossible and there was nothing i could do until i contacted the agent Mr Bart Kasch who helped me recover my money. Comment: Simply put if you don’t have the time or the experience to file a claim and pursue the entire case against your fake forex or binary broker yourself, try outsourcing it to a specialist company who will use their knowledge, expertise and its processes to recover your money. Comment: ATFX is a decent forex broker. Decent and stable trading platform, quick execution of trades, and fast withdrawal process. I think what they need to improve is their customer service. There were numerous times where I couldn’t get hold of their support, no response for straight 3 days, especially during this COVID-19 pandemic. Hope they sort this out.

Comment: ATFX is a broker that’s really committed to providing a safe trading environment. They have segregated accounts, meaning, client funds are separated from company funds. This assures us that they won’t be able to use funds of their clients for internal purposes. Execution at ATFX is quick, as well as its withdrawal. I like ATFX’s customer support, very professional. They know what they’re doing, and they’re very polite and patient.

Comment: I made a deposit of $500 with ATFX on May 15 and since then I’ve made $1550 profits trading oil. I requested a withdrawal on June 1, but until today, they’re unable to process it. I contacted their support and was told there was a problem with my local bank - they’re not accepting the funds. So relayed the message to my bank, and told me the problem’s not on their end. I got back to ATFX support June 8. Still waiting for their reply. Not changing my rating until I receive my money.

Comment: I’m experiencing some technical difficulties in logging into my trading account. I’ve contacted their support via email multiple times since yesterday, as well as their live chat, but none was available to talk to. It’s terrible, I’m afraid I’d lose my open positions. My account manager is also useless, couldn’t help me get in touch with ATFX support.
